Job Title:Mortgage Sales Manager
Description:Mortgage Sales Manager - Horsham, West Sussex Sales Manager - West Sussex - £30 - £40,000 plus bonus A wholesale mortgage distributor is experiencing dynamic growth and is therefore looking to build its telephone and client face to face sales teams. The successful candidate must be CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified and have at least 2 year practical mortgage sales management experience. Reporting the Director of Sales and Marketing, the role will include managing a team of up to 20 qualified and non qualified HQ based sales staff and 15 field based sales staff receiving mortgage intermediary enquiries from around the country as well as selling directly to the clients coming into the National head-quarters. The distributor is supported by 12+ mortgage lenders placing their staff 'in house' to ensure enhanced service standards and quick decisions. The candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can shape sales strategy, develop sales plans, lead from the front, dynamic and are accountable. Achievement to quality and sales targets is a given. This is a senior management position and you will be expected to work at all levels of the organisation as well as deputise for your Director.
