Description:Field Sales Consultant Insurance (West Wales) £25, - Wales Field Sales Consultant Insurance (West Wales) £25,000 - £30,000 Our client is a well established national insurance provider. They are seeking to appoint a Sales Consultant for the West Wales area, covering 12 Agencies in Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. Reporting to the Area Manager and working closely with the Field Trainer and Life Sales Teams, the Post-Holder will play a key role in driving sales to meet agreed targets and objectives. Job Specification You will be responsible for :- - Agreeing annual sales targets and managing the development of commissioned agents in the area on a day to day basis. - Ensuring Sales activity is in accordance with the agreed agency plans including direct involvement in managing existing key accounts attracting new ones. - Ensuring sales procedures and practices in your area are compliant. - Supporting Agents in the Management and development of their staff. Personal Specification - Ideally proven success of working in General Insurance Sales. - Ability to drive the business to meet agreed objectives and targets. - Experience of leading and motivating a team desirable - Ability to develop, implement and monitor business plans to increase sales and to respond promptly and effectively to changes in the market. - Ability to challenge poor performance and to develop individuals to their full potential. - Understand and prioritise customer needs to deliver a high standard of advice and service. Required Qualifications/Other Information You should have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English Language, Grade C or above plus 2 'A' Levels. ACII or substantial progress or willingness to study towards achieving this qualification. Training will be provided to support staff going into this role.
