Job Title:Senior Financial Advisor
Description:Senior Financial Advisor - Bournemouth, Dorset My client is the national network of independent chartered accountants with 48 member firms throughout the UK, with a combined income of over £140 Million per annum. This dynamic organisation has been set up specifically to enable member firms to set up as Independent Financial Advisers providing quality independent financial advice to their clients. If you have ever worked with accountants before, you will know that their clients tend to come to them first for financial advice (even though they may not be authorised to give advice), and a referral from an accountant is worth its weight in gold. They are generally thought of as the most trusted adviser to the majority of their clients. We have vacancies for the position of Independent Financial Adviser for our members in Bournemouth & Crewe It is a full time employed position with a basic salary between £25K to £35K per annum (dependent upon experience), but with a realistic OTE of £80,000 per annum with a generous bonus structure, and the possibility of equity participation. There may also be the opportunity to move in to a supervisory/ management role in the future for those who may be interested. You will be working with high net worth individuals and businesses, so excellent presentation and appearance are essential. The role would suit someone who does not have their own client base, though obviously the more you bring to the table the better your chances of success. The ideal candidates will have full FPC, CeMap (or equivalent), and preferably AFPC or working towards it, and will be competent adviser status. You will have a track record of success, and will be able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of investment planning, pensions, and Inheritance Tax, and preferably experience of mortgages. You will have excellent communication skills and may wish to develop management skills in the future. You will be working in a paperless office environment, so IT skills are essential, though secretarial support will be provided. As well as an excellent basic salary you will have the opportunity to earn industry leading performance related bonuses, enhanced pension contributions and equity participation.
