Description:Senior Case Manager - Essex, Essex Leading mortgage institution is experiencing a rapid period of growth And currently is looking for an experienced Senior Case Manager to support and assist the team leader in supervising and coaching new team members. Your duties will include "Assist and support case managers with sign off referrals, deposits and regulated and non regulated deals "Help collate MI and deliver information "Deliver outstanding service to brokers by processing mortgage applications in an agreed time limit "Manage broker expectations "Mentor case managers "Deputise for team leader during holiday and absence "Assisting the team leader in the collation/preparation of management information on team performance "Reviewing cases passed from underwriters to become familiar with the case and items outstanding "Managing business with brokers, solicitors and surveyors on the phone and in writing "Developing and maintaining positive relationships with brokers "Staying on top of the paperwork and current cases to ensure they can complete without last minute issues "Preparing the actual files so they are ready to complete "Actively managing pipeline to help move cases to completion faster "Knowing rules around compliance (money laundering, data protection and FSA regulations) and deploying it in daily practice to help protect the company from risks "Producing official documents to send to brokers and quality controlling it to make sure it is accurate "Answering phone calls for the department if required This is an exciting opportunity to work within a professional and fun environment, where hard work is noticed and you have the opportunity to grow.
